The first time I photographed Marcel Dutil for the Montreal Gazette, he bailed after 12 frames and 1 minute and 27 seconds. The second time, for the above photo, he allowed me just a bit less than 5 minutes. Creativity on demand, and be ready for anything! Bring back a usable photo, no matter what.

Parliament Hill, Ottawa

I am in my last day in Ottawa after 5 days of shooting stock. I did not post-processed any images yet, except this one. I am leaving Friday morning to Kitchener-Waterloo where I will give a speech on stock photography at Wilfrid-Laurier University. Hopefully, I’ll make some photos there as well.
