It would be nice if he would share what the flash was set at, his camera aperture and speed. I know that you can look at the histogram to set the balance, but there must be a faster way than trial and error. Maybe a flash meter would work well, also, taking the reading off the model’s back of head, then adjusting it so that it’s around the same aperture or just a slight stop under.
